Once in a while, local riders come across lost gear, electronics, wallets (without i.d.), and more when they’re out in the hills or on the road. Many riders don’t give their saddles a second thought, even though a comfortable and properly-fitted saddle can change a ride from a tedious form of exercise into a comfortable, fun way of getting fit. A while back, I came across a cool compilation of saddle photos that includes the flame-covered Hot Wheels seat pictured above and a trippy Jar-Jar Binks saddle, amongst many others. Full entry »

This one’s been floating around the ‘net for a month or so, but now that nsmb.com has let the cat out of the bag, the rest of the mountain biking world will know about this pretty quick.
