Bring your bike in for a spring tuneup

Whether your bike has been gathering mud, collecting dust, or sitting in the snow over the winter, it’s never a bad idea to have your bike checked over before the great weather starts, because that’s when everybody wants something done to their ride.
When you bring your bike into Maple Ridge Cycle for servicing, we’ll take the time to figure out what needs to done and we’ll give you a reasonable estimate and return time. If we need to do anything extra or are running a little bit late, we’ll give you a call and let you know.
Tuneups
Our regular bike tune-up is $48.50 + tax and includes:
- A full visual inspection of your bike to ensure it’s in good working order.
- Check and adjust all bolts
- Check tire wear and pressure, adjust tire pressure
- Check, adjust, and lube drivetrain (shifters, derailleurs, chain, cranks)
- Check and adjust brakes; installation of new brake pads included; bleeds for hydraulic brakes are extra
- Check and adjust wheels; minor wheel truing included
- Check and adjust fork and shock pressure (if applicable)
If your bike needs some work but you don’t need the tuneup, we build and / or true wheels, adjust derailleurs, bleed brakes, rebuild forks, install fenders, change tires, and more. You name it, and we’ve probably done it.
