Preview of the 2009 Shimano Saint group

The Sea Otter Classic was held this past weekend and a bunch of companies took the opportunity to introduce the cycling world to a bunch of new gear; Shimano was no exception, and released info about its revamped Saint lineup.
The first generation Saint component group is known for being burly and relatively easy to maintain, with a super-solid crankset, excellent hydraulic brakes, and a bombproof rear dérailleur. For the 2009 model year, Shimano re-imagined the Saint group and is bringing a fancy new swagger to the table. You’ll see a lighter, stronger crankset, a rear derailleur that uses Shimano’s new Shadow Technology, 4-pot disc brakes, and new shifters and front derailleur options.
Same press release, reworded
Bonus: Check out this footage of Thomas Vanderham beta-testing the ‘09 Saint group. Sick line indeed.
