Woodlot trail day, 26 April at 9:30am

The FVMBA is holding its first trail day of the season at the Woodlot this Saturday. The plan is to clean up the parking lot and do routine maintenance on Shotgun, Hoots, Giant Killer, and Blood Donor (time permitting).

Attendees will learn about the way the trails at the ‘lot are built, and what they can do to keep them running. It’s also a good opportunity to learn about the FVMBA and the role it plays in keeping our trails open to everybody. Refreshments will be provided AFTER everybody’s back down the hill.

Time: 9:30am
Date: Saturday, 26 April
Place: Parking area, north end of 287th in Maple Ridge (Woodlot parking area).

Note: Secure bike parking will not be provided, so please leave your bikes at home. Please bring a shovel and / or a rake, along with a pair of work gloves. We’ll have some tools, but not enough for everybody.

Note: There will be another trail day later in the season, held on a Sunday to coincide with our Club 67 rides.
