2008 Norco Fluid LT
New from Norco for 2008 is the Fluid LT. The LT is meant as a do-it-all bike for the rider who isn’t quite into full-on freeride or downhill but finds xc / trail-focused bikes a little wimpy. These bikes weigh around 30lbs and let you climb to the top before bombing down the trail, sucking up the hits from most of the stuff that’s in your way.
The high-end LT1 (MSRP: $5879) comes spec’d with a RockShox Lyric fork, Shimano XTR crankset, Avid Juicy Carbon disc brakes, and all of the other high-priced gear you’d expect to see on a top-of-the-line bike. The LT3 (MSRP: $2349, shown above) comes in a couple pounds heavier than the LT1 but still includes decent parts by Fox, Marzocchi, Avid, and WTB.
