Many riders don’t give their saddles a second thought, even though a comfortable and properly-fitted saddle can change a ride from a tedious form of exercise into a comfortable, fun way of getting fit. A while back, I came across a cool compilation of saddle photos that includes the flame-covered Hot Wheels seat pictured above and a trippy Jar-Jar Binks saddle, amongst many others. Full entry »

Everyone knows about Ride to the Hills, Stripped, The Collective, Earthed, New World Disorder, and Kranked — they’re all at or near the top of many mountain bikers lists of favourite biking vids — but bikes have always found a soft spot in the heart of some Hollywood exec that’s enough to secure the cash to put together a full-length feature.
